Windows 10: Videos downloaded from ClipChamp do not match my edits.

Over the past 5 days, I've repeatedly edited the same video short in ClipChamp, tightening the transitions to match the beats of a music bed.After viewing the video in in the app at least 3 times to make sure the transitions are on the beats, I export the video.When I watch the downloaded video, the transitions are no longer on the beats of the music, but instead nearly 1 second late.And...when I go back to the app, I discover that the file now is also not matching the beats.Can someone tell me what is going on and how to fix it?PS: I duplicated the video in DaVinci yesterday and it's fine. Wh

"Edit With Clipchamp" and Open With Clipchamp no longer properly open the piece of media in Clipchamp

Same issue here. When I right-click on a video in my file explorer and click "edit with clipchamp." It will load the clipchamp app but will not auto load my video into the editor. So I have to now find the video once clipchamp opens up.

I understand that you are unable to open media files in Clipchamp, based on your description, it seems that you have also tried some options, very much agree with your troubleshooting solution, in order to better help you, I would like to know more about it with you:

• In order to help you better, I'd like to know more about it. What is the format of the media file you tried to open?
  
• Does Clipchamp give you any error messages or prompts when you try to open a file via File Explorer or when you open a media file?
  
• Do you have any other video editing software installed that may be affecting file associations?
  

Based on your description it seems that you are using the client version of Clipchamp, (if my understanding is wrong, you are welcome to correct me at any time) we suggest that you try to log in with the web version of Clipchamp first to see if you are able to open the files:Quick and easy video editor | Clipchamp

So that we can troubleshoot if it's an account issue.

Clipchamp text in subtitles not changing despite editing text in Transcript

Hi,

I'm editing a video in Clipchamp and have turned on the auto-captioning feature.

Captions have been generated. They are not entirely accurate to what is being said, so I try to edit the text in the Transcript panel on the right-hand toolbar in order to change the text in the subtitles on the video.

Doing this changes the text in the Transcript text box but does not change the text in the subtitles displayed on the video, which remain the same.

I have seen an YouTube video where somebody followed the exact same steps and the text in the subtitles on the video immediately changed for them.

I am using:

Laptop: Asus TUF FX505-GM

OS: Windows 11

Clipchamp version: Windows app

I would be very grateful if somebody could respond with a solution or notify the Clipchamp team if this is a bug.
