why WHY WHY WHY, this I going on for last 2 years now more on msn.com than anywhere.png viruses or jpegs something happening.Does it in android does it windows 10 and 11 does it on iOS and macOS.flaw somewhere in videos on msn.17/11/22

Bitlocker and Trusted Platform Module problems

This issue usually occurs because the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)
uses the manufacturer driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

To resolve this, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Trusted Platform Module. To do so, see the steps below:

• Open Device Manager on the device on which you are experiencing the issue
• Uninstall the Trusted Platform Module driver.

Videos keep rewinding across all platforms

It sounds like the Youtube videos keep rewinding on your Windows 11. Sorry to hear this. The methods below can be tried to troubleshoot.

1. Run the video playback troubleshooter.

• Press the Windows key + I and open the Settings app. Select Troubleshoot from the System tab > Navigate to Other Troubleshooters > Run the Video Playback Troubleshooter.
  
• On the next prompt, click on Open video playback settings >Turn on the toggle button for the option Save network bandwidth by playing video at lower resolution. If it is already turned On, consider turning it Off.
  

2. Update the display drivers.

• Press Windows + X and open the Device Manager > Expand the Display Adapter > Right-click on your graphics driver and select Properties > Switch to the Driver tab > Click Uninstall > After that, visit the brand manufacturer's official website and download the latest version of the driver and install it.

Videos keep rewinding across all platforms

I upgraded to W11 a week ago. Lately, every time I play a video anywhere (YouTUbe, DataCamp, Coursera, etc), the video keeps rewinding and it gets stuck there. If I am in the middle of a playlist then it'll just keep going to the previous video.

At first, I thought maybe a key is stuck (replaced my keyboard). But I used the Keyboard Test software and it doesn't show anything. However, when the keyboard tester app is open, the videos play perfectly.

I am not sure what is causing the problem. Whenever I am on YouTube or anything with another app also open on-screen, everything works well. However, when I'm just on YouTube, it keeps rewinding. Checked on both Chrome and Firefox, same issue.

Any help would be appreciated
