Windows 10: Videos on Chrome and Windows HD color settings messed up.

Title. For some reason my video colors are all black and blue. Any other colors, such as in games, are normal. Also videos in Edge are fine for some reason. Any clue what is happening here?

AMD's official driver release notes say:

• New user controls for video color and display settings
  • Greater control over Video Color Management:
    • Controls have been expanded from a single slider for controlling Boost and Hue to per color axis
