Windows 10: Videos stuttering in windowed mode

Hello, I have an Huawei Matebook D AMD that stutters in every browser while in windowed mode, except for Youtube. If I go full screen the video plays normally. I recently formatted my laptop, and this started happening after that. I have tried to google any info on this problem but all I found was people having this problem while in full screen mode and not the other way around. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 Stuttering Issue with audio and video.

Hi,

What is the make and model of your computer?

I would suggest you to un-install and re-install both sound card drivers and display card drivers and check.

Follow the steps to uninstall the sound card driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Sound Video and Game Controllers’.
• Right-click on the Sound driver listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.

Follow the steps to uninstall the display card driverress Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.

Expand Display adaptors.

Right-click on the display driver listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.

Select the option to Delete driver software.

Now visit your computer manufacturer website and check if there are compatible Windows 10 drivers listed for
both sound card drivers and display card drivers. If so, please download them and install them on your computer.

If both sound card drivers and display card drivers aren't listed, I suggest you to download the drivers for Windows 8.1 and then try to install them in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for “and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

N82 Video recording Stuttering?

Update on my Video stuttering...

Formatted the phone, and memory card, and all is good now. No stuttering whilst videoing, and also smooth auto rotate in Nokia Image Exchange.

Will reinstall all my apps, games, and themes one by one, testing the video, and NIE every step to see if anything I had previously installed was causing it. Im now starting to think it was just an unformatted memory card.

My MicroSD is a 2GB Sandisk that came with the N82.

 

Video Stuttering

I have windows 10. Since the upload, it has been acting kind of off. Especially when I am trying to watch a video. The video stutters a lot whther I am watching YouTube or Netflix. I have already tried to restart my entire computer. That did not work.
My mouse pad is also facing the same issue. I wonder if that it related. Any advice on what steps I should take? Thank you for your time!
