Windows 10: Videos to send

I can receive videos but if I go to forward them a message comes back that reads "
We weren't able to send this message, so we've put it in your Drafts folder. Before you try sending it again, you can check to see if the address is correct and that no attachments are too large.



What is considered to large. These videos are 13 MB. How can this get changed. I don't understand if I can receive them, yet can't send them out. Thanks you , Joyce

Sending a video.

Hi again,

We are trying to send these videos to an iPad. We have done as you have suggested, they have been sent and arrive into the inbox, but they will not play. We have tried a zipped folder plus a full size video. Any more suggestions?

Optical Drive Issue

Here's mine after I rt clk'd on my Documents Folder like you show in Scrsht 11:




I'd like to wait until you reply to my question in Scrsht 12, if it is a remnant of the process try deleting the one on the dsktp and see if the one in send to also disappears. If it stays in send to, test it, and if you're still having problems I'd suggest you could go back to: Option One: To Add or Remove Items in Send To context menu for Your Account (current user) and do Step 3 to remove it and start over using Step 4 but be very careful of your steps in creating the shortcut and be sure you d&d that shortcut to the send to part of the address.

I'm busy today and I probably won't be back until the evening.

As of the moment, the feature to view the videos locally saved on SD card is unavailable. You might need to use an alternative app to view videos from your SD card. Meanwhile, you can send feedback and suggestion using the Feedback Hub app to help us improve
Windows 10 Mobile.

To send a feedback, follow the steps below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub
  app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button (+).
• Select Suggestion or Problem and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.
