    I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I usually transfer videos to my Windows 11 PC by copying them from the iPhone to my PC via Windows Explorer. I record iPhone videos on 4K 30 FPS with HDR. I've never had any issues playing these videos on various media players like VLC and PotPlayer. Lately, however, when I copy videos VLC no longer plays the iPhone videos error message: VLC does not support the audio or video format hvc1 and PotPlayer plays the videos but they look terrible, the color is off and I can no longer rotate the videos like I could before. I even tried copying older videos that I ha

    My friend has an iPhone and wishes to transfer her media files to her Windows 10 laptop.What options does she have to complete this please? Simple step by step instructions would be great,thanks. Suffice to say I am not an Apple user or supporter. She "inherited" the iPhone from a family member.
