Discus and support Videos very slow after transferring from phone to PC in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am transferring videos from my Samsung phone to a LenovoYoga 7i desktop.     I am transferring videos from my Samsung phone to a LenovoYoga 7i desktop. The video is very slow/ laggy and out of syn. what can I do? Please assist

    Automatically transfer videos from windows phone 8 to PC

    When hooking up my Windows Phone 8 to my Windows 8 PC then Windows Phone App launches and automatically copies the camera roll pictures to my PC's default save location. However the video files are not automatically transferring.

    • Is there a way to tell the Windows Phone App to also automatically transfer the video files to the PC?

    Share this information to assist you better.

    • Is the issue particular to the videos which are transferred from the phone?
    • How are trying to play the videos? Which application are you using?
    • What is the format of the videos?
    We suggest you to transfer one of the videos to the different computer and check for the issue. If you face the same issue, then we suspect that videos might be corrupted or incompatible with Windows 10.

    Let us know the status of the issue.

    Transfering Videos from 5800 to PC

    Hi i have tried this Connect with USB and select data transfer mode when prompted on phone.

    and the options i get are pc suite mass storage image transfer medis transfer

    I have been sat here for hours trying to get the videos from my gallery onto my pc :smileymad:

    Im not the brainiest of blondes so i would be very grateful if someone could give me step by step instructions
