    Videos will randomly segment or start scrolling from right to left when I pause them


    Since last September I have been having this issue with my Surface Book 3. What will happen is when I pause any sort of media my screen will quickly blink and the media I was watching will randomly segment. It will randomly happen after the pause i.e. couple seconds, 10 seconds later, 1 minute later. I am able to temporarily fix the issue by either refreshing the page, closing and reopening the window or clicking between the effected page / tab and a tab that has no video. If I have multiple tabs with videos on them it will affect all the videos. This will only

    Up down left right arrows

    Hi Laura,.

    I suggest you to check if the following steps helps to resolve the issue.

    • Right click on the Windows key and Go to control panel.
    • On the upper right corner change the view by to small icon.
    • Click on mouse.
    • Then click on ‘wheel’ tab.
    • Set the values for horizontal and vertical scrolling.

    and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

    Left and right reverse scrolling

    This trackpad is driving me crazy! I fixed it so that scrolling up goes up and scrolling down goes down.... but my right is still left and left is still right! It is so maddening that it's backwards. Can anyone help me fix the left and right scrolling?
    Please? Videos will randomly segment or start scrolling from right to left when I pause them :)

    Libraries don't appear in the left segment of the explorer


    For example, here's the "explorer" of some program. Here you can see on the left two times "Music" with the very same icon. But it doesn't seem to be the same thing.

    One time, it seems to be a folder of some kind... Second time it seems to be a library.

    Qs:
    • Why this very confusing folder/libary naming?
    • How can I have my windows explorer show the libraries instead of the folders?
