Windows 10: View Bitlocker Keys stuck in loading cycle; can't view the key

My external hard drive randomly prompted for a Bitlocker key so I followed the steps ending up at https://myaccount.microsoft.com/device/recoverykey . There, under the device list, are the [Disable Lost Device] and [View Bitlocker Keys] buttons. However, when I click on [View Bitlocker Keys] button it opens up a side panel within the browser which a loading circle that just spins and spins. I badly need to recover the data that is on the hard drive, but having never set up a bitlocker key, I've never had a chance to view or write it down. I never asked for a bitlocker password and now it's

I can't load my "View Bitlocker Keys". Please help

I am trying to click on "View Bitlocker keys" and a window pops up, however it gets stuck on a "loading" screen. I have tried a few different browsers and I have had no luck.

Please note that this computer is currently requesting for the BitLocker recovery key to continue the bootup.

My computer is the GSVCAP-PC1CRQ5R and the device object ID is: 557962b5-080c-4302-9d20-d9a1ed6d1e80.

BitLocker Recovery Page Stuck on Loading

I’m trying to retrieve my BitLocker Recovery Key online from my Microsoft account but when I click “view BitLocker keys” it opens a page that says “loading” and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
