Windows 10: View Poll Results: can u activate windows 10?

You're right, I have the "connect to internet" status and even though the error code means that the licence is invalid.
I tried almost 40 times and it's not letting me anymore. At the top, it says "connect to Internet" but below that, (at the place where the activate button should be) it says that in order to activate I should either change the licence key or go to Store (which doesn't work)

Anyways, I strongly believe that it's a server-related problem.

 

If I just leave it will it eventually activate itself?

 

I hope *Smile fingers crossed.

If not, after a week a call to Microsoft Support will solve the problem.

By the way, Weather and Mail apps started working again. News was always working, Most importantly, store is back!

 

what i mean is keep clicking the button even if it says its doing something, like as quick as a double click but instead of clicking twice click as many times as you can before it finishes whatever it is doing.
i joined this forum to share this method and if you want activation now you will do it, it wont take 50 attempts it will take 1.
like i say click activate and don't stop clicking till its done.

It really doesn't matter how you installed Windows 10. All you need to have had was a genuine version of Windows 8.1 or 7. I tried the mashing the activating button and it does work *Eek. Really seems like the servers are just under heavy load. For me it started working after like 10 to about 15 or 20 tries.

What I did was I clicked activate and after it was done I just tried again. Just try to activate it multiple times and it will work. Like I said, I needed about 20 attempts. Just mash that mouse button.

 

ok since the upgrade went well and the key was activated successful, i decided to do a clean install, which i herd u can do after the initial upgrade, ok well now that its installed now, i cannot activate, saying my key has been blocked? 0xC004C003

 

I stopped counting after 50! I think I will just try again tomorrow or maybe really late tonight!

The store doesn't seem to be working either...I don't think their servers were remotely ready for this!

Confirmed.After several Activate button presses,it finally activated after some 15-20 attempts.That's what happens when everyone in the world wants to activate Windows at the same time.Don't give up ppl *Cool

 

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I thought that something was wrong with my key or something. This did it for me on both my desktop and laptop!

 

I tried spamming that thing endlessly 100 tries it doesnt work after upgrade from legit win 8.1 pro *Sad(
I even have a mouse with macro auto spamm left click 5 times per second i keep repeating but no luck dang, i hope its not something wrong with my pc, im not reinstaling win8.1 again, the GWX.exe upgrade icon in the taskbar doesnt work for me its broken i tried 2 times reinstalling win 8.1 today it wont appear after all the updates i even tried all the fixes i found from miscrosoft with CMD and batch files doesnt work.
But my windows did upgrade without asking for anything from win 8.1 which was activated online with MS servers.
I will keep trying but seems more than just busy servers imo.

 

For me it's exactly the same.
