Windows 10: View / Print Screen Shot

After generating a screen shot think it goes to clip board I want to view it or print it.How do I go about doing either one of those?Thanks for any help with this.KEN

To take a screen shot and save it as a picture

  Click the window you want to capture. Press Alt+Print Screen by holding down the Alt key and then pressing the Print Screen key. The Print Screen key is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. (Depending on the type of keyboard you have, the exact
  key names on your keyboard may vary slightly.)
  

Note: You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop rather than just a single window by pressing the Print Screen key without holding down the Alt key.

Hi

How do I print a screen shot from my computer (windows 10). I am totally computer illiterate and so need step by step guidance please. I have tried to follow some of the instructions on this site but can't find pictures and have pressed Alt-print screen
but then don't know where to find it!!!
