Windows 10: View tab in file explorer selects different views when being hovered over with cursor in win10

Title pretty much says it, how do I make it to where it only selects view without it being hovered over? Note that folders must be clicked on twice and it is only the view tab that is doing this. Please help. Video included of whats going on.Gyazo gif

File Explorer Icons in View tab

The View tab in File Explorer shows the Small Icon choice when viewing file lists. But it unselects itself when I view lists in different folders.
The automatic-deselection process doesn’t happen with other icons I’ve selected (the Preview Icon, for example).

How do I get the icon to always remain selected for the file list in any folder I might open?

  Click on View Tab.

  Select Detail panel.
  
• 
  Now if you click on any picture or file you will be able to see the information at the top right corner.

Quick Access view in Win 10 has changed view

Hi,

To change the view of your Quick access, see the steps below:

• Open File Explorer, and click on Quick access.
• Click on the View tab alongside with File tab.
• Click on Tiles button.
• You can also hover your mouse to the other buttons to see the their views.
