Windows 10: viewing stored paaswords

Once in the credential manager, I try to view passwords. After clicking "SHOW" a window opens, I enter my Microsoft account password. I get an error message telling me the user name or password is incorrect. I also tried other choices where I entered MY Microsoft account ID and password. Still the same error message. I used the copy and paste method to enter a password.

  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.
