Windows 10: viewing video recording from sd card

This is what keeps coming up when trying to view the recording off my car dash cam.

This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt. The computer system is reading Avi to which the dash cam supports. New scandisk SD NEW CAMERA. anything TO HELP RESOLVE PLEASE.

Accessing photos/videos on SD card in Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual Sim

As of the moment, the feature to view the videos locally saved on SD card is unavailable. You might need to use an alternative app to view videos from your SD card. Meanwhile, you can send feedback and suggestion using the Feedback Hub app to help us improve
Windows 10 Mobile.

To send a feedback, follow the steps below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub
  app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button (+).
• Select Suggestion or Problem and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.

Unable to view images in SD Card

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Appreciate your interest in using Windows 10 and your steps in trying to solve the issue.

I suggest you to check the size of the SD drive and the size of the image in the SD drive. If there is any change in the size, the images might be hidden. So I suggest you to unhide the hidden files by following the steps below.

• Right click on the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type/(copy and paste) the command below:

attrib –h –r -s /s /d D:*.* (Replace the Last letter "D" by the drive letter as per the system

assigned for your flash drive)

3. Type Exit and press Enter.

Now open the SD card and check for the status.

SD card

Since I installed my SD Card, and transferred pictures to the SD Card, some of the pictures I can't upload to text message and I can't play any of my videos that I recorded on my phone. Any suggestions? Thanks!
