E7 - MFE and Nordic Letters problem

Hi,



Our comppany is having problems with emails sent from E7 that have nordic letters in them.



We use MFE and the emails with nordic letters (Å, Ö and Ä) look like this when sent:





miltä nämä ajat näyttävät sinulle? Minulle sopivat molemmat sinänsä **bleep** mieluummin tuo tiistai kun tulen sunnuntaina myöhään illalla työreissulta.

This is a very big problem for us and should be fixed ASAP because many of our users work in the field and use their devices for email.

E7 - MFE and Nordic Letters problem

The exact same problem here as OP. A Finnish customer with E7, MfE.



An email someone sent:



"MeillÀ on Miika ollut klo.12.00 ja Mikko klo.12.30 alkavassa uimakoulussa.

À = ä

ö = ö



Couldn't find anything of this on the internet, maybe it's just E7's problem then as it seems to be a very new thing?

 

Are the makers of the windows phone HTC radar aware that the character "ã" is not available? A Latin character not available, this issue must be a virus, right?

When using the HTC Radar Windows Phone to text or email using words in Portuguese the character "ã" is not an option, since it is a Latin letter, I wonder if this is a bug my phone came with from the manufacturer, because it seems really absurd such character
not be available.
