how to create bootable USB drive from image file.

Hi

I have downloaded windows 8.1 image file (.iso file about 4GB) from micrsoft web site. I have created DVD bootable drive from .iso file by using DVD burner application software. But I dont know how to create bootable USB drive from .iso file. Can anyone
explain procedure.
