    Vimeo videos out-of-sync when playing in WMP and Windows Film/TV app


    Good day,I am reaching out as part of Vimeo's Video-Platform QA team. We've noticed support tickets coming in regarding Vimeo-transcoded videos not playing properly when played in WMP ~ this behavior is not noticeable when playing in Quicktime, VLC, and any other media players.This clip: https://vimeopro.com/user6199605/itt-plume-academy for example. If you play the embedded video in the browser, it plays fine. However, when you download one of the transcodes and play it in WMP, it introduces the out-of-sync issue.
