Windows 10: Violentmonkey Windows browser problem

hi community , i have a problem here , hope you could help me .When i finish with Chrome, i close it like any other software ,,,, but recently , when i close Chrome , its starts after 2 minuts in the background by itself , and when i open the task manager to shut it down , this notification apears : "Violentmonkey has crashed , click this ballon to reload the extention" i serched the whole Windows for that word "violentmonkey" what is it ,,, i dont know - So i removed google chrome , but guess what ,,,,, the problem remains and switched to Microsft EDGE

Help with weird windows problem with Chrome browser

yesterday i was asked by a friend with fresh win 10(my first time) and edge browser to upload some photos to Fb.
we had a prob at the next step where you would see a window which tries to upload and stopps at the beginning and nothing further happens. could just kill it in task manager.
i tried firefox but same happens.
i have a feeling this comes from same problem. i will find out if his folders looks the same as yours.
sorry that i am no help here but if i know something i will post it here.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
