    I think your reply is not satisfactory. If you will read the suggestion given by Annu Singh he is clearly mentioning that,

    I would suggest you to start the services and check. Follow the below steps:

    • Open the Task Manager.
    • Click on the Services tab.
    • Look for the Smart Connect service and then right click and select 'Start Service'.
    If the issue still persists then reinstall the Smart Connect drivers from the Intel Website and check. Refer the below link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/.

    I have already read all the replies presented in community. My question is quite next to the replies.

    1607 or 1703, but still problem not resolved, and I am getting Blue Dump.

    What can be the last step now, pls suggest.
