    Virgin email will not load in windows 10


    Virgin email wont load in widows 10. It appears after log in but just keeps loading up. When the page does load, the moment you type anything in it starts to reload and continues in this cycle all the time. Strangely enough It is okay no problem on a Mac. Everything else on the computer and sites work fine. Using Google Chrome all updated Have tried clearing cookies ect. Got full security on Machine. Thank you

    I would suggest you to check whether you are receiving emails through the web browser by logging on to your virgin media account.

    Run the Windows app troubleshooter and check if it fixes the issue.

    Try these steps to run the troubleshooter:

    • Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
    • Click view all in the left panel.
    • Select ‘Windows app' and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Virgin email will not load in windows 10

    Microsoft email (Virgin Media).

    Hi,

    I'm getting really annoyed with my Mail account now.

    My problem is that I'm trying to receive emails from virgin media on the Windows 10 mail app but I am instead getting no emails from a Microsoft email. I tried changing this on my outlook on the browser and added a virgin media account from there.

    Still nothing.

    Please help.
