  2. Not receiving E-mails from my virgin media account

    Thanks Gary.

Not sure what all the problems were but yes it was a settings error.

I emailed HTC support and they advised IMAP settings which all work fine [copied from Virgin Media suggested settings]

This accesses my webmail direct rather than via a E-Mail client. This meant deleting e-mails from the phone which I did [200 in the week gone] they were all deleted from the server too [mm very handy]

A further note to HTC stated that is the only way the headers stay on the phone. Delete them and the delete from the server too.

    Thank you for your help.

    Cheers Andy

  3. Microsoft email (Virgin Media).

    Hi Jamie,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I understand your concern and I am glad to assist you.

I would suggest you to check whether you are receiving emails through the web browser by logging on to your virgin media account.

Run the Windows app troubleshooter and check if it fixes the issue.

Try these steps to run the troubleshooter:

    • Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
    • Click view all in the left panel.
    • Select ‘Windows app' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hope this helps. Get back to us with the results for further assistance.

  4. Virgin Media E-mails will not transfer to windows ?

Help in importing Virgin media mail

We have just upgraded to Windows 10, and want to use outlook to manage another e-mail account (Virgin mail). I have done this previously, but now don't know what the incoming and outgoing mail server details should be (we have also changed our internet
provider in the meantime). The account seems to set up - and then says further attention required (and that the Virgin settings are out of date).

    Any help appreciated

    Thanks
