Nokia 620 Wi Fi Connection problem

Hell all,

I have just bought 2 x Nokia 620's for my wife and myself. I am having a problem connecting via Wi Fi to my Virgin Media Hub. When I turn the phones Wi Fi on it sees my network and asks for the password. No matter how many times i attempt to type it in the
phone states that the password is incorrect. I have tried the following to try to resolve the problem:



Double, tripple, quadruple checking the password is typed in correct (case sensitive, correct letters etc).



Re setting the Virgin Media Router.



Changing the Router Chanel



Can anyone plese please help me to get the phones and the Virgin Hub to talk to each other?

Error 651 with Windows 10 upgrade

I had this problem but thought that it was my own fault for changing the Virgin Router superhub password.

This seemed to work for me but might not for others.

I pressed a paperclip into the reset button at the back of the router for approximately a minute to return to the original settings and turned the router off.

I went into Device manager and uninstalled the Broadcom and Realtek adapters without deleting them and turned off the laptop.

I then turned on the Router and then the laptop, went to the Internet access icon on the tray, saw my router point listed, pressed it and found that it asked for my Pin and permission for other users to use the connection. I put in the original Virgin media
router pin and got reconnected. The internet works a bit faster now.

Not sure but when I uninstalled both I thought there were a couple more listed in the Device manager but only the two I mentioned are there now.

 

Fortunately this does not effect Super Hub 3.
