    virtual assistant gone?


    A while ago, I used the “get help” app i THINK. I used it to solve a sound problem. I loved it because the assistant would run a bunch of tests with my drivers and it would fix the sound right away and I wouldn’t have to do anything. Having that same problem today and I went to the get help app. But it wouldn’t let me talk to the virtual assistant and it made me talk to a person (which I couldn’t do because it was so late at night) and it would be a lot easier to just do the assistant! Did they change the app or am I using the wrong app? Thanks!

    TL;DR: The virtual assistant in the “get help” app is gone/they changed the app and It won’t let me talk to the assistant anymore.

    Also there could be a really simple fix to this but i’m just stupid lol.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    New? Virtual Support Assistant

    Trying to help someone else on the forum, I stumbled across this. Click on start, type Contact Support. At the top of the list is Get Help - Trusted Windows Store App. Click on that. It opens a chat style virtual help assistant. How long has that been there? Seems to be pretty nifty to me. Although, it does seem to need a little bit more work *chuckle :
