Windows 10: Virtual Machine Platform Failure

I have some issues related to the Virtual Machine Platform on Windows.The "Virtual Machine Platform" option does not appear in "Turn Windows features on or off", and I was unable to enable it.After forcing the installation of the Virtual Machine Platform via PowerShell commands, the option to enable or disable it started showing up in "Turn Windows features on or off", but the installation is very slow.Enabling features like Hypervisor Platform and Windows Subsystem for Linux completes in just a few seconds, but enabling the Virtual Machine Platform takes over 10 minutes.I suspect that the fil

I asked for you to clarify what you are trying to do if it's not install Windows to a Virtual Machine. Why are you installing Virtual Platform machine exactly?
