Windows 10: Virtualization not detected in task manager.

I am trying to run bluestacks on my laptop, and it recommends virtualization

So I ran Intel's processor checker, which confirmed my processor supports virtualization. Afterwords, I restarted my computer and turned virtualization on in my BIOS settings. But if I open task manager it still says it is disabled. I looked up how to fix this, and all I saw was to turn off Hyper-V. But even if I wanted to turn Hyper-V on (I dont and it is off rn) part of Hyper-V cant be activated because it relies on virtualization, which even it says is deactivated in the firmware settings.

No matter what I try, I cannot get Task Manager to recognize that virtualization is enabled even though it is on in my BIOS settings.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1564 with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU M 620 @2.67 GHz running Windows 10 Pro

How do i get virtualization to work?

I have the same problem. The task viewer icon was there but is now gone. I have gone through the steps you listed but no viewer. Then I created a new profile and the task viewer is there. Now, how do I get the task viewer back in my taskbar in my
original profile??

Are you facing any other issues with the start menu or the action center?

I would suggest you to try these steps and check if that fixes the issue:

• Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

If the above steps didn't help, then try creating a new user profile and check if the same behavior is noticed. This will help us determine if this issue is confined to your user profile. Try these steps and let us know the results.
