Windows 10: Virus And Malware

I have something in windows security enabled to block changes from being made to protected folders. And so today May 6th 2020 I get a notification saying it blocked DDVDataCollecter.exe from making changes from \device\HardDisk0\DR0. What is the .exe thing and is it trying to steal data?
