Windows 10: Virus and Protection Scan keep finding the same virus but not removed despite taking action

Help! I've recently gotten a notification that I got malware on my Windows 10. It came out of nowhere I didn't download anything recently or open sketchy website. When I scan with Window's Virus and Protection, I got an alert for a Trojan called "Spyboy!MSR" actively attacking my zamguard64.sys driver. Here's the thing, I don't have a zamguard driver. I've check in the folder it said it was in and even try to delete it with command prompt only to be met with the confirmation that it doesn't exist.I kept scanning and pressing the "take action" button to no avail. virus protection

my virus protection software just says quick scan again. my computer is a hand me down) has kept saying there is a virus and then I've done a quick scan and taken care of it. Today, when I figured out which file had the virus and tried to remove, a new one appeared. Did the same thing, but now when it says take action, it doesn't, it just says to quick scan again. What should I do, if anything?

 

Win 10 monthly virus scan finds but doesn't remove 14 viruses

I have similar problem. i scanned with win 10 monthly virus download and for two consecutive the scan indicates14 virus infections but when it list the scan reports it list all the virus it scanned but it does not give any report or name of the 14 detected
virus during the scan. initially i though because it listed the 14 virus during the scan, it had quarantined the 14 virus automatically.

any help in removing these unknown 14 detected virus

My N73 Music Edition phone becoms very slow, to open addres book or SMS or to delete any SMS it takes long time. I think it have some virus.

1. How to scan & delete this virus???

2. Is there any free virus scan available???

3. While scanning virus & to protect phone book & SMS or songs, what are the steps to follows ???
