Windows 10: Virus and Threat Protection off with an Unexpected Error

Upon seeing that my Virus and Threat Protection was off out of a sudden I tried restarting it to be greeted with an error message. image 1After that I saw that Windows needed to be updated and while updated it displayed that it was attempting to update Microsoft Defender. image 2Just to be greeted with an error message 0x80070643. image 3Following that error message I ran a Windows Update Troubleshooter and tried updating Windows again to no avail. image4ps. Virus and Threat Protection Issue

When looking to run a virus scan on my computer, I'm met with an error that says "Virus and Threat Protection is Managed by your Organization." THis is a personal laptop though. Any suggestions?

Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

Virus & Threat Protection message that says the service has stopped need to Restart and it won't

Just noticed that the Virus & Threat Protection badge had a red x. Opened the Virus & Threat Protection page in settings and message says that the service has stopped and needs to restart. Clicked on the restart button and it spins then throws up a message
that says "Unexpected error. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please try again." Close the box and hit restart again and get the same routine.
