    Virus and Threat Protection Unavailable after device reset


    When i search for virus and threat protection or just right click to scan This Message is shown Page not availableYour IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not availabe.Contact It helpdesk for more informationI have tried the Set-MpPreference -UILockdown and also did that register and group policy that is being shared online still no luck.I reseted due to bluetooth not connecting to devices now this error is going on and also faced this problem previously.

    Virus and Threat protection settings unavailable.

    Hello Community,

    My roommate tried to install a cracked PC game on my laptop and disables by windows defender to do so. I have now realized that I can no longer access my virus and threat protection settings. Whenever I click on Virus & threat protection setting I get the response that "Page not available: your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app and the item you tried to access is unavailable. Please contact IT helpdesk for more information". I am the administrator on my PC. I have tried a number of fixes online but none seem to work. Any assistance will greatly be appreciated.

    When I click on virus & threat protection this is what happens next:

    When I click ok, there are no virus & threat protection settings there. I keep getting pop-ups that tell me my real-time protection is turned off but I can access it. Please help. Thanks

    virus and threat protection

    Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

    I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

    NOTICE: After, installing 1909 update, Windows Defender, Virus and Threat protection, is / was "OFF". IS this common? Is this a bug? NO MESSAGE appeared in my Notification Area.. ONLY, by chance, did I notice, and turn it back on. I'd suggest.. AT
    ALL TIMES.. 'WHENEVER' MY virus protection is turned off.. BY DEFAULT... I 'SHOULD' BE NOTIFIED! YOUR thoughts on this?
