Windows 10: Virus comes back through system restore/recovery

I have struggled with HID vendor compliant defined devices and spider trojans for a while now. I was hoping to hard reset to get rid of them but my PC keeps bringing them back through a restore point. I have two separate PCs infected with the virus which are linked, so when I hard reset one the virus comes back through the other PC. How can I get past this? Do I need to hard reset wipe all partitions on BOTH PCs? So, on both PCs would I have to: 1 delete all restore points and recovery drives 2 then wipe out the OS on both my computers using cmd at BIOs startup3 boot Windows 11 from

To address your concern, we suggest that you try to undo the restore or pick another restore point.

Please follow these steps to access system restore:

• Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.
  
• Search Control Panel for Recovery.
  
• Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.

For us to make sure where does issue is coming from, we suggest that you create a new user on your computer. Make it as an administrator account. If the issue persists on the new user account, we suggest that you run a system restore by following the steps
below:

• Open the Control Panel.
• In the Search Control Panel box, type in Recovery.
• Select Recovery.
• Select Open System Restore and click on Next.
• Choose the restore point when your computer is on a good known state.
