Windows 10: Virus Help, DumpLsass.c!attk

Discus and support Virus Help, DumpLsass.c!attk in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I am quite distraught.     Virus Help, DumpLsass.c!attk


    I am quite distraught. They other day I was going through my task manager looking at processes and sometimes I right click them and go to file location to see what they are.This time I accidentally clicked Create Dump File and immediately after I did that I got a Windows defender notification about a malicious file, "Win32/DumpLsass.C!attk". I looked up this file and apparently it is a credential stealer and this really worries me. I'm pretty sure the process that I created the dump file for was Local Security Authority Process. This was an accident!!!! One click!!Windows defender quarantined

    Every time i turn on my laptop windows defender show me a notification that I am infected with Behavior:Win32/Powemet.B!attk

    And it seems that windows defender can't fully delete this virus.

    Run <<Disk Cleanup>>and
    delete (at least) Temporary files, Offline web pages and Temporary Internet Files as this will reduce scanning times by security software –clear your cache, cookies, and history, press
    Ctrl-Shift-Delete – then
    shut down     and restart your computer.

    Can you give us what is/was the path to the file deemed to be Behavior:Win32/Powemet.B!attk ?

    It will be a lot easier to help you remove it once we know what it is and
    where     its saved into, as it appears under quarantine or on the list of detected items.

    Tried Nod32.. no help. Will try kaspersky. Will try Norton Corporate Edition Anti-Virus. thanks for suggestion.
