Windows 10: VIRUS!! HELP PLSS..

So I got a virus.. I'm not sure if it's a Trojan.. The next second I got it.. I went on to safe mode. And full resented my pc through cloud install.. I got a virus before this one several months ago and I have some experience.. Will the virus go away after the full reset is done? I'm going to do a quick scan after the pc is done full reseting
