    virus in browsers??

I'm in Hong Kong, where the broadband speed is very fast here
and no problems visiting any sites always.

However, it takes me 10-20 seconds to get to many common sites like Microsoft or Yahoo or Google and taking another 10-20 seconds or longer to get to another page under the same domain, I looked at the status bar and found that it is every time connecting to many sites like mem.gfx.ms and I can't remember the names...

Looks like they are virus ?

I've tried to reset Firefox but a few minutes after that, looks like it happens again.

Anything I can do to clean out those virus?

    :)

    BROWSER HACK VIRUS

Did you scan with Adwcleaner and the Emsisoft Emergency Kit?

Did you follow all of the suggested steps in https://malwaretips.com/blogs/safesearch-net-removal/ to include scanning
with Zemana, Malwarebytes and if necessary with Hitman Pro?

The scanners that have been recommended should work on "Safesearch" hijacker and also on "some other virus."

Did you reset your browsers as suggested in my previous post?

If you do not wish to use the independent scanners (listed above) that I use when removing adware and PUPS from computers and you do not want to reset your browsers then you may want to reset your computer. Before considering this option suggest you
    carefully review https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options

Alternatively you can obtain premium support from MS at http://answerdesk.microsoftstore.com

    Or

You may wish take your computer to a professional computer repair technician.

    Regards...

New detection....not much info listed here.

Presume you emptied temporary internet files, restarted the computer and tried a Quick Scan with your resident antivirus program?

Did you seek advice/assistance from your antimalware provider (Avast, Avira, McAfee, Norton, etc)?

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled/removed?

Any new program installed that you need to remove?

You might want to try this free scanner: http://blog.emsisoft.com/2015/06/09...lware-infections-with-emsisoft-emergency-kit/

Have you tried any of the suggestions in this free removal guide from Malwaretips.com? https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-browser-redirect-virus/ You may need
to reset the browsers as suggested in step 7.

To remove the browser redirect, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Scan your computer with Kaspersky TDSSKiller

STEP 2: Stop the malicious processes with Rkill

STEP 3: Scan your computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

STEP 4: Scan your computer with HitmanPro

(OPTIONAL) STEP 5: Scan your computer with AdwCleaner

(OPTIONAL) STEP 6: Scan your computer with Zemana AntiMalware

(OPTIONAL) STEP 7: Reset your browser to default settings

    Good luck…

    virus in browsers??

browser waring of virus blocking edge

    Edge Browser Adware

See post of GreginMich here: Can't close Edge- Message to call a number for help, to get off this web site

If your issue continues see this free multi-step removal guide from Malwaretips.com: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-tech-support-scam-popups/

You may not need to scan with Zemana or Hitman Pro (note that both are available in trial versions if you do need them). If scanning with AdwCleaner (step 1) and Malwarebytes Free (step 3) does not resolve your issue, you may
need to reset your browsers as suggested in step 5.
