Windows 10: Virus in the startup list AgentInformer

I went to startup in the task manager, noticed this application "AgentInformer" I realized why I turned it off, then I tried to find the root folder, there is no root folder, then I tried to detect it through good antiviruses, the antiviruses did not find it, then I solved it find it in the registry editor, it’s not there anywhere, after searching on the Internet I came across someone’s post about this, it says that this virus appears when installing the video editing “Movavi”, I had it, but then deleted it, I deleted the remains of this application in AppData but it did not help.Is there a ch

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

netstat.exe starting while playing steam games

Isn't there a run command that I can use that'll bring up a startup list?
