Windows 10: virus on my pc . please help me . files type is reqg

hi guys and microsoft . im mohammad mahdi heydari fard from iran . i have leptop . my laptop is using windows 10 64x I was playing game . and game lag .im restarted my pc for high speed . my lock screen changed I did not care much . and all desktops icons is paper icon white I do not know what it was and clicked one file and not opened . I went to see disk c . I saw file _readme opened this file . text : Summary texts o not worry .Files are returned . you can Conversion one file . files type is reqg . I tried for change type file to org: for Example im saved notepad file .txt in file

@Bree - yes, I'm quite aware of this thanks, but as you will see it's missing. I recall reading that clicking the dialogue at a certain point in blank space made it appear, and trying that once successfully, but doesn't seem to help now. Plenty of other similar reports of this option being missing.

Bing can be removed - it's not suspicious.

Type aboutreferences#search in the address bar. Make sure that bing is non-default then in the search engine list highlight bing and remove.



I would still suggest clean installing firefox and that means removing leftovers after uninstall.

Method 1: This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted
system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  

• Restart the computer.

Method 2: If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps to employ the DISM command lines:

  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
