Windows 10: Virus or Malware in one drive or Micorspft account

I believe I have a virus or malware in my Microsoft account. Anytime I log in to the account on my computer. After clearing all viruses from my devices suddenly, all of my devices and my computer are infected again with malware going so far as to even allowing people to send text messages. To themselves, using my wifi, there are a ton of malicious things, and if any developer would be so kind to help, I would greatly appreciate it as it is ruining my life in costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars
