Windows 10: Virus questions

I tried typing this once before, but firefox crashed when I attempted to scan something. I found a floxif virus on my computer, according to Malwarebytes I know what this is, and what it can do, it being a backdoor for malware and software such as keyloggers. Of which I've found neither despite constant, hourly active scanning. Some more info on Floxif, is that it seems to have had a resurgence in the past year, with three new variants according to Microsoft.A bit from the last attempt at this, sorry if it burns your eyes.What I was going to add after I said scanning with Malwarebytes shows
