Windows 10: Virus software keeps blocking an access for Host process for Windows Services by...

Virus software keeps blocking an access for Host process for Windows Services to Destination x1.c.lencr.org. Is the a scam, spam or Genuine Microsoft ?

My virus software report a host process for windows services and Uoipservices events

my virus software report a host process for windows services and Uoipservices events. I can use my computer it all. It does freeze and can't access any removal or windows feature. any idea?

What software should I host?

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of building myself a website... and i'm planning on making it a super-site, to cover many things, including forums, a possible blog, a bunch of videos and tutorials, etc. and one of the things that i wanted to do is host some software that really needs to be made popular and more accessible... and so i'm looking for suggestions of what software to host,

currently i know that i will be hosting all of solaris's works (solaris dvd, etc.)
and im thinking about hosting many programs from the awesome uncommon software thread (like super)

also keep in mind that its not going to be like download.com etc, just hosting software that it think nedes to be hosted/deserves to be

why does host process for windows services constantly try to connect to different computers across my network even network storage devices. all pcs on network should be independent and not really communicate so to speak with each other, most have blocked
ms as much as they can specially through the hosts file. i can only assume ms tries to access different pcs on the network in order to try and call home. i would believe that my other pcs maybe trying to call on files or something, but removed that idea when
i made a bot using win7 with nothing on it...but a bot program, and i see that host process for windows services calls to it for no reason. why is ms so determined to track its users?
