    Hi, so recently I've been having some issues with my laptop such as having my mouse freeze up on me randomly as well as some other issues. I went to check my Antis virus & threat protection and was met with this message. I've tried everything from this post: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/virus-and-threat-protection-page-not-available/69f7a80a-38d3-4d0e-8224-92f53c5be82d and haven't been able to solve the problem. I don't know if this is related but I am also unable to update my windows 10, as every time I do I'm met with the message "We couldnt complete the upd

    virus and threat protection is not accessible

    My laptop virus and threat protection is not opening it's showing "Page not available" ,"Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information."

    But in the profile my id has administrator properties.

    I cannot open Virus and threat protection on windows. It says your IT Administrator has limited access to some of the features of this app. What must be done to activate it?
