Windows 10: Virus total related

I want to know a question I scan a file with virus total and 3 vendors out of 72 detect it. Is it a fake detection because my windows security cannot detect anything. Plz rply.

Hello. In my opinion :

Malicious detected files on "Virus Total" would be correct. I do trust Virus Total as there are millions [may be billions] of public scans every day. IF MS Windows store has that file it could be an allowed item because of the warranty terms and/or publishers policy.

I want to know a thing that I scanned a file in virus total and 4 out of 72 it detect malicious is it a fake detection because McAfee or windows defender cannot detect anything.
