Windows 10: Virus/trojan

Hello, an hour ago (February/24/2019 3:54am EST)

I had a accidental download and installment of a trojan or virus. I have had a virus problem before but NOT like this one to where I can't fix it my self. This download made the PC fully aware of it's being, and quarantined several things. It downloaded random apps 2 of which j could delete ( letsee 2.0 and a similar one) after uninstalling one of them, I went to uninstall the other and my gaming desktop just had a seizure fit, and crashed.

Upon restarting, it allowed me to go to the standard "sign Into your windows account" in which I did. From there, crashed my PC AGAIN. After 5 minutes of thinking, I remembered that windows has boot options, and PC diagnostics. It allowed me to go to both. Looking through what is there; boot options, system reset, troubleshoot ETC., it would run anything for a literal 5 to 10s and restart my PC, and boom back to square one. I do have a genuine 64x OS windows 10. And have seen many "solutions" one including using my OPS to restore and restock the OS. Cleaning ALL files within the PC and its HDD contents. I was wanting to know before I do ANYTHING, if there is someone whomst can help me in my endeavors to get this malware/trojan out of my PC. Whether it be restore my PC FULLY, reset my OS, anything would be a great help. I tried running my linux OS, and my ubuntu fedora and mint OS. Still nothing to help.



Side note: I also tried to go into "safe mode" without internet, and with CMD, still does the same thing. I would assume the virus has full control over my pc.

Ryzen 3 1200

2x 250 hdd

1x 1TB ssd

1x 500gb M.2

Msi b350 mini atx motherboard

Water cooling (I know has nothing to do with it)

1200w PS


If anyone could help it would mean the world. I'm open to any ideas and solutions, I have a lot of files and stuff on my PC but most ARE recoverable. I play competitive csgo and tournaments on OSU so I need to have this fixed, but not too much into a rush! Thank you!

New Trojan that Demands a Ransom

There is a new virus out there discovered by virus hunters known as "Cryzip". The Trojan encrypts your files and then demands a $300 ransom for the decryption password to get your files back. After encrypting the files, the virus leaves a nice step-by-step guide of how to go about paying the ransom off. It's supposedly spread through email Spam, and has successfully evaded anti-virus scanners.
