    I have/had Advance system care ultimate, I should still have it for months to come. It won't update the virus definitions. 2. No matter how many times I restart for my Windows 10 update, it says restart evertime, like a dozen times now. So I downloaded MalwareBytes, it shows alot of PUP;s & a few virus' quaranteened. It all show my Antivirus as a hazard? I also have alot of duplicate files. Looked in Firewall settings 2x each. I have a private network & I didn't add anything! Some public are checked, it's not active. Also found some folder that are same except for an "r" & an "f" A

    Virus infection usually happens on a computer when it is exposed to an infected website or removable devices. For us to help you clean the malware on your device, we would need you to answer the following questions:

    • Which build and version of Windows are you using?
    • Did you encounter any error messages related to having a virus infection on your device?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
