    I started trying to get my computer to eject USB drives without having to shut down my computer each time. After 11 days at approx 8 hours a day, I resolved my problem.I sought help from and received help from SanDisk, Geek Squad, MS Support, McAfee, Dell support Assist, and others. I thank you all for your help.In the process, several "upgrade in-place" routines were done, several virus scans using numerous virus scan hardware at least 6 now of which found a virus. Finally, I did a re-install of my Windows 10 Operating system. This solved the problem. I want everyone to know that the last

    Virus infection usually happens on a computer when it is exposed to an infected website or removable devices. For us to help you clean the malware on your device, we would need you to answer the following questions:

    • Did you encounter any error messages related to having a virus infection on your device?
