Windows 10: Virus

Hello, my PC is corrupted by the virus. At one point the program that i used started to blink like if I ALT + TAB it many times very quickly. I restarted my PC but the issue was still there, same happened to all programs/folders that i opened. I restarted PC one more time and noticed that the password window started to fill with characters; i turned off my keyboard but characters were still filling in. Then i restarted my PC, one more time, quickly logged in, and ran system recovery. Whatever i chose at system recovery menu, my screen loses connec
