Windows 10: virus

My windows security is not working after I updated it to windows 11. My Avira anti virus scan doesn't work either, it scans 0 items and detects 0 threats. I've tried to paste "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers Reset-AppxPackage" into the windows powershell, but its not working. I was wondering if I had to allow window host processes to access my computer in order for windows security to run, or is my computer infected?
