    Are you entirely sure? I have looked at other services that are genuine such as Asus AISuite, and it is also getting flagged by virustotal. Could this be due to the fact its not digitally signed?

    The most probable main reason why is because it uses "automated scripts" to do certain tasks, or "macros", on a computer. In the past, virus scanners detect those as malware because hackers, back then, used macros to run their scripts on peoples' computers that they hack. I use AutoHotKey for a few various things on my computer, yet I also use an app called Macro Express for many other things.
