Windows 10: visible toolbar even with running program

Discus and support visible toolbar even with running program in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Good afternoon, i need help to keep the toolbar fixed even if there is an open "ex: a game, movie or else" in full sreen, i already researched...     Good afternoon,


    i need help to keep the toolbar fixed even if there is an open "ex: a game, movie or else" in full sreen, i already researched everthing else and i was able to find no solution.


    in this case it is for a touch sreen.

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    This issue might be due to the compatibility of the Office 97 toolbar application with Windows 10.
    I suggest you to install the Office 97 toolbar application in compatibility mode and check.
    Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

    • Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
    • Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
    • Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
    • Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

    Also, I suggest you to check with the Office 97 toolbar manufacturers once for any updates on the software.

    IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?


    Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

    I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

    Any suggestions to fix this?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
