Windows 10: Visio 2019. How to re-activate "Enable Live Dynmanics"

I have been using visio since before 2012... currently on Visio 2019. One of the recent windows updates I lost an important feature... Enable Live Dynamics... and now when moving any item I only see the outline of the item dotted line and not the item itself. The Enable Live Dynamics option is greyed out and will not allow me to select it. Please advise.I tried to insert a screen shot but I don't see it on this document.

Activate Visio 2019

Hello, my client purchased a Visio 2019 license. After putting in the license key to activate the software we're being asked to sign in with a Microsoft account. We put in my client's credentials, but end up with that well-known error message "You can't
sign up here with a work or school email address. Use a personal email, ...". I read about this issue and do understand what it is.

But: How can anyone using Microsoft business services ever activate a software like Visio?

Non activation of Visio Pro 2019

I bought a product key for the above software and went through the installation process using Office.com. Once the software had finished loading, I received a message to say Visio Pro 2019 had been successfully installed and I could now open it from the
Start Menu. I located the Visio icon and clicked on, but instead of opening Visio, the following message appeared, "c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\Visio.EXE" Windows cannot find Visio.EXE file. I am certain this file is not located anywhere
on my laptop

and without it I cannot run the Visio software program. I have also carried out a Clean Reboot, but this has not improved the situation.

Please can someone help me resolve the issue.

 

Visio 2016

I am always having Visio 2016 crash, especially when linking Visio shapes to Excel data.

I have used Visio for decades, and still find Visio 2003 to be stable.

I have checked if any Bluetooth plugins are enabled as per online suggestions, and there are no Bluetooth plug ins

This happens on both my laptops, different manufactures, less then a year old.

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!
