i have a HP Pavilion notebook and i cant restore the operating system where can i get an vista 64 bit isu for usb drive

Firstly, install window vista (64-bit) and then update window. Restart PC



Secondly, go to Microsoft website download "Windows Media Player 11 for Windows XP (64-bit)"and then update window media player for window vista (64-bit) "KB925749" Restart PC



Lastly, can install Window Mobile Data Center 6 in vista (64-bit)
