Windows 10: Vista business to win10 what version pro?

I have an old dell laptop runs vista business, which version of 10 does it take? I dont think home sounds right, education neither, just leaves pro?

its pretty slow right now, but maybe an SSD would make a big diff. thing is dont want to spend much money on an old thing like this. But an SSD could always be used again on a different PC. CPU upgrades for it are possible, it has a 1.8ghz core2duo, but they still want a lot for better cpu. It has 4gb ram.

Somewhere I have an ac wireless card I could put in it instead of the g wireless it has. And the battery is dead. But see I am playing today.

every one of the vistas i listed are for sale now at different sites everywhere.

like you i thought it was just 3 or 4 versions until i started shopping around.

plus most i listed come in 64 or 32 bit versions

now i know about xp home and xp pro but what the hells going on with 10 versions of vista?

Win Vista Business upgraded

Hello,

I used the official tool from the Microsoft site to upgrade vista business pro to Win 10 earlier today. The product installation went Ok but I cant activate windows - I don't have a new product key and I don't have the product key for the original vista
business....can anyone help please? Many thanks in advance Carl
